I had previously been using a hacked together case for my camera which consisted of a previous cameras bag with the top cut off to put my body in and multiple pouches for my lenses. I then kept all of that in another bag with all my accessories (memory cards, batteries, SD cards etc).
Kate got me a new bag which is quite awesome, pictures below:
